Inactive
Vehicles |
| |
This is a list of vehicles that ScreenSafe has
determined either are not being driven or are
being driven without a GPS device installed. If
the Fleet manager knows employee “Bob” is
operating a vehicle with a laptop installed and
the ScreenSafe report shows the vehicle has
never reported movement, the Fleet manager can
deduce that employee “Bob” did not connect the
GPS and needs to be reminded to comply with
company guidelines. |
Maximum Speed Violation |
| |
This provides not only a detailed list of which
vehicles exceed the company defined Maximum
Speed Limit but also provides a map showing
where the violation took place as well as how
long the vehicle traveled at the excessive speed
limit. |
GPS Disconnected Violation |
| |
The GPS Disconnected Violation records any
attempt by the driver to disconnect the GPS
while the vehicle is moving and the laptop
screen is disabled. If the Fleet Manager
desires he may choose to automatically DISABLE
the laptop until the driver reconnects the GPS
Antenna. |
