Q. I have manage a large fleet, can I get Fleet Pricing?

A. ScreenSafe is priced at a very affordable price already, whoever, our Reseller Partners may be able to provide you "Fleet Pricing", please contact them at www.MobilePCManger.com/Partners.



Q. I already have a GPS antenna deployed, can I purchase just the ScreenSafe software application?

A. Mobile PC Manager only sells the Software/GPS bundle; our Reseller Partners may be able to provide you "software only" pricing. We recommend you send one of your GPS Antennas to the Mobile PC Manager QA Team for testing and verification as to its compatibility with ScreenSafe.



Q. Why should I purchase the "Software Maintenance"?

A. Customers who purchase the Software Maintenance will receive: 1) Free access to all software version upgrades released during the maintenance period, 2) Access to our Mobile PC Manager Technical Support department, 3) The opportunity to participate in our Beta-Team and help define the features to be included in the next software release.



Q. If I am not satisfied with ScreenSafe, can I get my money back?

A. While this rarely occurs, ScreenSafe stands behind its product. We offer a 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. We will even pay for the return shipping. Customers must call for an RMA number prior to returning a product.



Q. What are my purchasing options?

A. Mobile PC Manager provides direct purchases by Credit Card or Purchase Order. You may also want to contact one of our Approved Resellers for their purchasing options.
